The Billys

Bottom Billys
This is situated on Blackley New Road and is available to day ticket anglers.
Established for many years the water all ready held a head of large carp but
this was recently supplemented with a further stocking of carp of all species.
Particularly noted for its large pike the Bottom Billy is a good bet for
winter fishing. The water is currently being improved with the introduction
of permanent peg stages and upgrading to the paths.

Top Billys
Actually situated higher up the hill from the Bottom Billy adjacent
to the grounds of Blackley Crematorium. Again a very good general fishery
with good peg staging. A very good summer fishery with large bags of bream
and a very good chance of double figure carp. The lake has recently been
upgraded with the building of large path ways all around the bank making
getting to your peg safe and easy.
